We’re excited about what we can accomplish when we work together and hope you’ll join us for our focus on community service.
Fourth Branch Action (formerly Build Back Better USA)
President Biden and Vice-President Harris have asked all of us to participate in community service and engagement. They model these values in their actions. Beyond designated Days of Service, President Biden asked us to commit to engaging in community service for a few hours a month, a week, or a day.
We don’t just share ourselves with others because we’re asked to. We do things to benefit others BECAUSE it helps others, and when we help others it benefits all of us. It’s the definition of “good work.” The personal satisfaction that comes with providing service to others is priceless.
This meeting is open to anyone and everyone. If you’ve committed to providing community service, please bring your successes, let others learn from you, and let us celebrate your work! If you want to do something but are uncertain about what to do, how to do it, how to arrange for others to participate, or have other questions, please join us and we’ll help you brainstorm the idea and share best practices with you. This isn’t just about doing things a certain way, it’s about your creativity and what is possible. Encounter a problem? Let us try to help with that, too.
